[Synthwave] Cracked Neon

Week...27? Goddamn time flies. It was a pretty hectic last hour since as usual I forgot about my weeklybeats WIP until the last minute, I'm sure a lot of you have been there as well! wink Got some inspiration from a close friend of mine and I've decided to get back on the synthwave grind. There's a few sub-genres to tackle but I'm starting off slow. Would love to get some feedback on this one, I know the master's a little wonky, somehow managed to do it in roughly a minute whilst scrambling to upload. Hopefully I can time manage a bit better next week! Thank you for listening and I'll see ya round wink

Where can i get some of that talent you seem to be overflowing with? great synthwave thing man! dark room, bright lights, and kickass 80 clothes. Relive the past, visit the future!

Love the melody! Excellent job as usual dude smile

Supremely emotive melodies! Stacked against incredible odds! Something tells me the pressure isn't about to let up anytime soon, but neither are we!!

This is dope, that lead is amazing. I feel the bass is the biggest casualty in the mastering process here.

Also, neon doesn't crack, it's a gas; neon lights can crack.

Masterful example of one of my favorite genres. Love those synth flourishes.

the lead feels so good, really nailed synthwave here

Last minute?  I'd be happy if I could make something like this in a month!  I hope to get a Digitone later this summer and get on the synthwave hype train with an actual hardware device!  Great fast arps for the solo.  Great job Mortistar

I felt like 'neon sign' was implied wink

Sounds really good. Great melodic synth lead progressing into those insane arps! Even the pads are quite melodic. Classic synthwave title too! Very cool.  My only critical comment would be the rise of the noise level towards the end which may be done for effect but didn't fit for me.  Really enjoyed everything else.

'nother good one! Morti, the average quality your outputting is mindblowing heart

Oooh, I'd love some hardware tech, all soft synths atm unfortunately, maybe one day!
